Tenant Fees

All the necessary information regarding the fees associated with renting a property through our property management services.
Fee Type Amount Description
Security Deposit Up to 6 weeks’ rent Required prior to the start of your tenancy agreement. This deposit is held in a government-approved deposit protection scheme and will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy, provided there are no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear or rent arrears.
Rent Monthly amount Due on the agreed-upon date, typically on the same day each month.
Changes to the Tenancy Agreement Up to £50 A fee may be charged if you request any changes to your tenancy agreement after it has been signed.
Early Termination of Tenancy Rent due for the remainder of the fixed term If you wish to end your tenancy agreement before the agreed-upon end date, you may be charged a fee equal to the rent due for the remainder of the fixed term.
Late Rent Payment Up to 3% above Bank of England base rate for each day the rent is overdue If your rent payment is late, you may be charged a fee of up to 3% above the Bank of England base rate for each day the rent is overdue.
Replacement Keys/Fobs Cost of replacement If you lose your keys or fobs, you will be responsible for paying the cost of replacements.
Cleaning Fee Varies If the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your tenancy, you may be charged a cleaning fee.
Maintenance/Repair Fee Varies If any damage occurs to the property during your tenancy that is not considered normal wear and tear, you may be charged a maintenance/repair fee.
Early Access Fee Varies If you require early access to the property before the start of your tenancy agreement, you may be charged an early access fee.
Check-Out Fee Varies If you require a check-out service at the end of your tenancy, you may be charged a check-out fee.
Reference Fee Up to £50 If you require a reference for future tenancy agreements, you may be charged a reference fee.
