Anti-Money Laundering Policy
To comply with the regulations outlined in the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, we have implemented strict procedures to ensure that all transactions are thoroughly vetted for potential risks of money laundering. As part of this process, we require all customers to provide identification and proof of address.
Our due diligence measures include verifying the identity of beneficial owners, as well as establishing the source or destination of funds when necessary. It is important that we maintain an accurate record of all transactions in order to prevent any suspicious activity from occurring.
We also identify the source or destination of funds to ensure that they are legitimate and not connected to criminal activity. We may request additional documentation or information if we suspect that a transaction may be related to money laundering.
To facilitate this process, we have compiled a comprehensive list of acceptable identity documents. Please be advised that we will require original or certified copies of these documents in order to complete our checks. We take our Anti-Money Laundering processes seriously and will not hesitate to take appropriate action if any suspicious activity is identified.
